Please find below the conditions related to the use of Pascal Oudet's online store and the purchase of works on the site.

Use by customers and visitors of this site are subject to these conditions and any other listed in other parts of the site.  Pascal OUDET can at any moment change or remove part of the site.
Pascal Oudet can update in the future these conditions, without being obliged to inform specifically the customers. Use of this site and placing orders means you are accepting these conditions.

In case of doubts related to the English version of this site (including but no limited to these conditions), the French version shall be considered as the reference.

The contract between you as a customer and us will start once your order will be placed.

By placing an order on this site, the customer guaranteese that:

• He has the age of legal majority and is not legally forbidden to place an order.

1. 1. That the informations supplied (name, address, ...) are complete and true.
   2. That he doesn't use a fake name or the one from someone else without authorisation

Placing an order 

By placing an order, you are accepting these terms and conditions and agree that you have read them before placing the order.

Cancelling an order

As a customer, you can cancel an order within 7 days, as long as the order has not been shipped. You will be reimbursed of your payment, on the same account that you paid with.

Accepting an order

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you supplied, containing informations about your order and its price.

Description of artwork

The description of the pieces includes one or more pictures, describing as best as we can the aspect (shape, color) of the pieces. Being tridimensional objects, the transparency effect can only be truly appreciated in reality. Dimensions are indicated with a +/- 5mm tolerance.

Upon package reception, if damages are visible on the package, the shipper must be notified in writing immediately. 
Artwork are generally supplied with packing/unpacking instructions. If during unpacking a damage is seen, the buyer must inform Pascal Oudet within 48 hours after package reception as indicated by tracking. Beyond this delay, no claim will be accepted.
In case of damage caused by not following these instructions, Pascal Oudet can not be held reaponsible.
Pascal OUDET can not be held responsible of delays he has no influence on (especlaly but not limited to customs handling and clearance).

Following options are proposed

- Pickup at our workshop
-Shipping with the postal service (Colissimo France), delay to France 2 to 3 days, up to 1 week for the rest of the world.
- Shipping with Fedex (recommanded for international shipping especially overseas, for reliable tracking and customs clearance)

Return policy

We accept return within 7 days if the objects have not been used, altered, damaged. They must be returned in their original packing, with the original packing methods (double boxing and supplied instructions).

Objects can not be returned by the buyer without the express agreement in writing from Pascal Oudet, and return charges will be paid by the buyer. The buyer must use the original packing method and instructions, any deviation will bind the buyer responsibility in case of damage upon reception of the goods. Reimbursement will be made within 7 working days of receipt of the returned objects.

Responsibility 

We use our best efforts to keep this site up to date with accurate information. However, we can not be held responsible for errors, typos in the description of the goods. Moreover, we don't offer any guarantee related to the use of this site. It is each user responsibility to ensure his devices (laptop, smartphone, ...) are protected against viruses or external threats.

Your rights as a buyer are protected by the French consumer law related to online buying and customer protection.This site will not affect your rights with regards to this law.

Divisibility 

Any term or condition in this text, which shall be deemed null, illegal or not applicable for any reason, will be considered separated from the others which will remain valid.
